This is a 51,651 square foot, five-story hotel building on Upper King Street in peninsular Charleston. The ground floor provides covered parking, lobby and common areas. Upper levels provide a total of 47 residential suites. The structural system consists of concrete columns supporting post-tensioned concrete floor and roof slabs. Exterior infill wall construction consists of concrete masonry clad with brick, limestone, stucco, and aluminum composite metal panels. The roof covering shall be thermoplastic polyolefin. Fenestration includes aluminum-clad wood windows and aluminum storefront. Interior finishes include tile, carpet, wood flooring, wall covering, painted gypsum board and wood paneling.
