Landmark Builders has begun construction on another high-rise timeshare resort in Myrtle Beach for Hilton Grand Vacations. This is Landmark’s third oceanfront project for HGV in the last three-and-a-half years and the eleventh with the developer, Strand Capital Group.
Construction on the 330-unit tower began March 20th and is expected to take two years to complete. The resort has several amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, spas, a pool bar, lounge deli/restaurant, fitness and activities centers and seven high speed elevators with destination management system technology.
Also included in the project is a 10,000 square foot, 2-story sales center, a 172,000 square foot, 5-story cast-in-place parking deck, streetscape improvements of a 3-block surrounding area, extension of the city’s boardwalk and construction of two city parks.
