On Wednesday, June 27th, Landmark celebrated the topping out of Phase 2 of Ocean Oak Resort by Hilton Grand Vacations in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Phase 2 consisted of the completion of a 6-story, 115,000 square foot hotel/timeshare facility with a lounge, pool and spa.
