This 700,000 square foot, 26-story, timeshare resort features 330 1, 2, and 4 bedroom units. The ground level has a drop-off parking area, a registration lobby and multiple pools. The second level contains a lounge, deli and fitness center; and third floor features a sales gallery and staff space.
In addition to the resort tower, this project included a 5-story parking garage and 2-story Preview Center across the street. The Preview Center features a registration area, food and beverage area, multiple kiosks and two large showcase rooms with offices and training rooms on the second floor.
