Landmark Builders of South Carolina, LLC (LBSC) recently celebrated the “Topping Out” of Adventure Inn Redevelopment Project. Currently, LBSC is well underway with construction on Phase 1 of the 123,000 square foot 62 unit 7 level hotel/timeshare facility which is located on South Forest Beach Drive in Hilton Head Island, SC.
The building is being constructed with augercast concrete pile foundations supporting a post tension and rebar reinforced concrete frame with masonry/EIFS/cement board and glass exterior with a 2 ply modified built-up and standing seam mansard roof and related interior finishes. Site amenities include multiple swimming pools, an Administrative Building, a Food and Beverage Building, Offsite Parking Area and Maintenance Building.
The developer for the project is HHI Development, LLC, and the architect is Garvin Design Group. The project is scheduled to be complete this Fall.
