Landmark Builders Begins Construction of Ocean Oaks Phase 2 in Hilton Head

Landmark Builders of South Carolina, LLC recently broke ground on the Ocean Oaks Phase 2 project.  Phase 2 is a six story 115,000 square foot 60 unit hotel/timeshare facility which is located at 41 South Forest Beach Drive in Hilton Head Island, SC.  Phase 1 was completed September 2016.  Phase 2 is expected to be complete early 2019.

The building is being constructed with augercast concrete pile foundations supporting a post tension and rebar reinforced concrete frame with masonry/EIFS/cement board and glass exterior with a 2 ply modified built-up and standing seam mansard roof and related interior finishes.

The developer for the project is HHI Development, LLC and the architect is Garvin Design Group.
