Harbourgate Marina

Situated in a marina setting, this 154,210 square foot, six-story, 108-unit condominium resort includes a swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor spa and covered parking. The project was situated in a small lay down area limiting the amount of materials stored on site. Limited staging area required exceptionally detailed schedule and extraordinary coordination. Special attention to schedule and advanced planning allowed the marina to maintain operation even thought it was in very close proximity to the resort construction.
