Lexington County Industrial Building

The Lexington County Spec Building project includes 15 acres of site improvements, a lift station with generator back-up and a 120,000 square foot tilt wall industrial spec building with 32’ clear height inside. The building has storefront windows, canopies and accent paint to highlight its design. It also has drive-in roll-up doors and loading dock doors, with numerous “knock out” panels, adding flexibility for tenants.
