This 22-story, 321,000 square foot timeshare hotel and retail building is located in Atlanta’s Centennial Park. The bottom two floors are retail space including a Margaritaville restaurant, offering seating for more than 370. The remaining 20 floors contain over 200 guest unit studios, suites, and presidential suites. The 19th floor’s ownership amenity level features a roof top pool, pool bar, fitness center and lounge. This hotel is dual-branded for Club Wyndham and Margaritaville Vacation Club.
