Prisma Health Special Procedures Room 2

Located at Palmetto Health Richland Campus, this project consisted of the alteration of the Special Procedures 2 Room. Demolition of existing areas allowed for the renovation of the existing space to accommodate new equipment.

Prisma Health ACE Unit

This project included the removal of existing patient tubs and installation of new patient shower units; the updating of finishes in 26 patient rooms; and rework of the support core spaces in the geriatric unit at Palmetto Health. Work included demolition, new construction, new casework, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection.

Nickelodeon Theatre

Renovations to the existing Nickelodeon Theater at 1607 Main Street in Columbia, SC. Renovations to the second floor included renovation of the existing second floor theater and projection room, second floor staff offices, elevator installation and existing elevator shaft modification. First floor renovations included the modifications to the area under the monumental stair, at concessions, at the ticket booth and around the elevator shaft and existing first floor projection room. Exterior renovations include the addition of exterior accent lighting and new paint.

Elliott Davis

This 24,000 square foot interior renovation included the complete demolition of existing office space and an office upfit for Elliott Davis on two floors of the Bank of America Building in Columbia. The new space featured an open office/cubicle concept on each floor surrounded by perimeter offices and conference rooms. The project also included construction of a board room, a large training room, support spaces and a two story lobby/reception area with a monumental stair. Secure data and power distribution across the two floors was a significant part of the construction project.

Municipal Association of South Carolina (MASC)

This 5,115 square foot project consisted of fourth floor renovations and upfit of the Municipal Association of South Carolina. Work included new walls, doors, storefront windows, finishes and casework, as well as electrical and mechanical work.
