Ocean Oak Resort by Hilton Grand Vacations
Ocean Oak Resort is a 236,728 square foot, six-story, 122-unit hotel and timeshare facility located in Hilton Head Island. It was completed in two phases. Site amenities include multiple swimming pools, a 4,865 square foot two-story Administrative Building, a poolside Food and Beverage Building, an offsite parking area and a 1,300 square foot Maintenance Building. The building is constructed with augercast concrete pile foundations supporting a post tension and rebar reinforced concrete frame with masonry/EIFS/cement board and glass exterior.
The project received The Connie Award presented by Hilton Worldwide. The Connie Award is the highest hotel award for all brands across Hilton. The winning hotels are the perfect balance of product and outstanding service scores. There are only two Connie Awards presented each year, making it extremely competitive to win.
