Amenities at this resort include a multi-level pool, poolside bar, marketplace and cafe, private cabanas, fitness center, and a beachside activity lawn. This project is currently under construction.
This 530,000 square foot, 26-story, timeshare resort features 330 one, two, and four bedroom units. The ground level features drop-off parking, a registration lobby and multiple pools. The second level contains a lounge, deli and fitness center. The third floor has a sales gallery and staff space.
In addition to the resort tower, this project included a five-story parking garage and two-story Preview Center across the street. The Preview Center features a registration area, food and beverage area, multiple kiosks and two large showcase rooms with offices and training rooms on the second floor.
The 24-story, 308,000 square foot oceanfront resort for Hilton Grand Vacation Club features 220 luxury residential timeshare units, a dramatic 200 foot sky-lit atrium, a fitness center, two full-service bars and multiple pools with direct access to the Myrtle Beach coastline. Resort parking is provided in the five-story, 155,000 square foot parking garage. A separate two-story, 10,000 square foot sales center supports the timeshare portion of the resort along with two floors of oceanfront sales offices in the tower.
