The Lexington Surgical Associates LMP1 project included the renovation of 13,166 square feet to create medical offices and exam rooms on the first floor of Lexington Medical Park 1. Work included demolition, new partitions, ceiling, casework, finishes and supporting mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection.
